The Tahoe Chamber will host the El Dorado County District 5 Supervisor Candidates Forum on Thursday, Sept. 20 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Tahoe Beach Retreat.
Both forums will include opening remarks from the candidates and a moderated Q&A. Attendees are invited to submit their questions in advance to info@tahoechamber.org. All are invited to attend this event and learn more about the candidates
The election for District 5 supervisor is between incumbent Sue Novasel and challenger Kenny Curtzwiler. In the primary election, Novasel topped the field with 1,604 votes and Curtzwiler narrowly finished second with 1,419 votes.
