Join us for a unique 90-minute creative practice that blends movement, art, and community.
his workshop begins with a brief guided yoga asana practice led by Jenay Aiksnoras, offering the opportunity to connect with your body and observe the graceful lines of each posture. From there, artist Shelley Zentner will guide you in learning to sketch the human form using charcoal, responding with line to the poses practiced in the session. We’ll close with satsang: a circle of conversation and reflection, while sharing tea together.

Materials: Please bring your own 14 x 17” Newsprint Pad or similar, drawing board, thick charcoal, chamois, small artists sanding block and soft eraser.
