Name: Tahoe Forest Stewardship Day Fall
Date: September 22, 2018
Time: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM PDT
Event Description:

September 22nd 2018
8:30am-2pm

Volunteers of all ages and skill levels are invited to this fun, hands-on restoration day. By pitching in, you are improving the watershed habitats that surround Lake Tahoe. Healthy forests act as natural pollution filters to Keep Tahoe Blue.

What to wear and bring: sturdy boots, clothes that are comfortable and can get dirty and sunglasses. Bring a reusable water bottle and leather work gloves if you have them.

We will provide refreshments during the event to volunteers. Gather with us after the event for a lunch celebration in conjunction with Oskar Blues Brewery in South Lake Tahoe.

Getting to the event
Participants are encouraged to walk or ride a bike. Participants arriving on foot or by bicycle will receive a surprise reward.

In partnership with the United States Forest Service
