The Opportunity Zones Incentives is a new community improvement tool established by Congress to encourage long-term investment in low-income urban and rural communities.
Opportunity Zones provide a tax incentive for investors to re-invest their unrealized capital gains into dedicated Opportunity Funds.
Join us to learn more about how the Opportunity Zones incentive works, the two zones in South Lake Tahoe, and how it was created through the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
