Alissa Nourse is the founder of Ninja Courage, which provides leadership training and strategy to increase client productivity and profitability. She is a leadership trainer, meeting and retreat facilitator, experiential educator and executive coach.  Alissa builds courage in leaders and emerging leaders by helping them do the inside work of clarifying their values and building on their strengths.  Their teams can then implement all the other leadership skills they?ve learned along the way.
