This Level UP Workshop will bring local health experts in the field together for a Health & Wellness Roundtable, helping you better understand and improve your physical and mental health. Our experts will explore a range of topics such as; holistic healing, pain management, acupuncture, battling bad office posture, and how to avoid repetitive injuries.

Our panel of experts will include Darin Haworth from Summit to Shore Chiropractic, and from Elevate Wellness Center, we will have Jessica Cerasoli, a Licensed Acupuncturist, Nicole Vanderhurst, a Neuromuscual Massage Therapist, Emilie Delworth, a Holistic Nutritionist, and Tasmin Edwards.
