Event Description:
Mindfulness can be applied at any time, anywhere, to reduce stress, address dis-ease, affect depression, chronic pain and treat illness.  We've created a culture that is fast-paced and always on-the-go which increases stress, anxiety and mental fatigue. Applying mindfulness based practices including those rooted in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), can help you to feel more relaxed, focused, attentive and calm.  
 
You have your body and mind with you at all times. You can learn how to use your body, senses and mind in ways that improve your life. Mindful eating, breathing, movement and direction are simple practices anyone can do anywhere, at any time.
