Through the practice of Mussar Yoga we will explore the physical embodiments of the soul traits such as: humility, generosity, gratitude and equanimity. By connecting Mussar with yoga we can build a bridge between the physical experiences and the spiritual work that goes along with self-reflection and change.
The class is appropriate for all abilities. Participants only need to bring a yoga mat and towel. A limited number of mats will be available. For those with limited mobility we will provide options for poses while sitting in a chair. Classes will be held at Temple Bat Yam, South Lake Tahoe.
