Ninja Courage

Ninja Courage is based on the philosophy that courage is the defining leadership skill because as Maya Angelou said, ''Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage, you can't practice any of the other virtues consistently.'' I help people implement all of the leadership skills they have learned along the way by harnessing their courage in practical and inspirational exercises.

I am a leadership trainer, meeting and retreat facilitator, experiential educator and executive coach. I bring my vast experience in leadership, organizational development, positive psychology and experiential education to each consultation. I build courage in leaders and emerging leaders by helping them do the inside work of clarifying their values and building on their strengths.
